1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (herbal and supplement capsules), we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Opened or used bottles cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
3. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Send an email to support@crebear.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue — we’ll make it right quickly.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace a product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
